Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping: 

Free Standard Shipping

Express (3 Business Days)

International Shipping:

International Standard (2-4 weeks): $25

International Express (1-2 weeks): $39

Processing & Cancelation:

Orders are processed in 3 business days excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier a tracking number will be sent to the customer.

After an order is submitted, processing begins and the order cannot be canceled. If you have any questions about canceling an order please contact hannah@madamedevaux.com. 

Damaged Orders:
Madame DeVaux is not liable for lost or damaged products after the item(s) have been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, please contact hannah@madamedevaux.com and we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider and we will do our best to help resolve the matter. 

Restrictions:
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
