Madame DeVaux withholds the right to refuse service for any reason. Including but not limited to, disrespectful or inappropriate behavior, inability to respond to time sensitive emails, spamming, no shows, and failure to respect the time frame given in the description. 

Instructions provided via email after purchase must be followed in order to receive any product or service. 

If instructions received via email after your purchase are not followed within the designated time period for order fulfillment, your order will be cancelled with no refund. Please refer to the refund policy for more information.
